After finding out I could not expose a glucose monitor to Alexa because the type was unsupported, I ended up creating a helper template temperature sensor that converted the glucose level to degrees F. Then I could expose that to Alexa. Now, I’m able to say “Alexa, whats the glucose temperature?” And she responds with the expected value in degrees
