I recently purchased a zwave gocontrol security suite from wink.com, it came with a motion sensor, 3 door sensors, and a siren. I am using an aeotec zstick and everything was working fine except for one of the door sensors. I tried everything and couldn’t get it to work. I reached out to gocontrol and asked them for help and or to replace the faulty sensor. Gocontrol offers NO warranty to consumers, it only offers warranty to its dealers which have no obligation to pass the warranty on to you. Luckily, i am within the 30 day return period of wink.com and am returning all of the items, as this is a horrible return policy and no tech support offered with nortek companies (gocontrol, 2gig, linear, nortek) just wanted to put this out there to those looking at their products.
