HomeAssistant has a very good GoodWe inverter integration but it the official integration does not have GoodWe homekit (smart meter) integration. There is an integration in HACS that works perfectly for Hoemkit but would be nice to see the official integration also have that feature.
I would also be interested if anybody has integrated Home Assistant to a GoodWe HomeKit. I’m looking at buying a GW5000-MS with a HomeKit unit and want to know if a local connection is possible.
The GoodWe GW5000-MS data sheet mentions SunSpec MODBUS but I 've not been able to find a certification certificate nor clear instructions. It seems people have had some difficulties so it would be great to hear if somebody is using this same module before I buy.
