Google Assistant - expose unavailable devices

Hi

I’m using HA and GH quite a lot, but unfortunately all our smart bulb isn’t always powered on.

If GH syncs and a bulb is unavailable in HASS it gets deleted from GH, forcing me to set it up in correct home and room next time.

Isn’t it possible to expose the device to GH even if it unavailable at the moment for the sync?

Either through automations which you can set up through a phrase on ifttt, or create switches that turn the light on/off(I think the switches never go “unavailable” but I could be wrong, if so set the switches to set off an automation…
