Hi guys, I’ve just bought a USB microphone off amazon, it’s based on an ak5371. connecting via the putty debug I can see the microphone is detected by resinos:
root@hassio:~# cat /proc/asound/cards
0 [ALSA ]: bcm2835 - bcm2835 ALSA
bcm2835 ALSA
1 [AK5371 ]: USB-Audio - AK5371
AKM AK5371 at usb-3f980000.usb-1.2, full speed
It’s also seen by the homeassistant container:
root@hassio:~# docker exec homeassistant cat /proc/asound/cards
0 [ALSA ]: bcm2835 - bcm2835 ALSA
bcm2835 ALSA
1 [AK5371 ]: USB-Audio - AK5371
AKM AK5371 at usb-3f980000.usb-1.2, full speed
but it doesn’t appear in the google assistant log:
