Google Assistant "Sorry there was an error for [n] lights" with Home Assistant Cloud

The other night I upgraded to 0.92.2 and access through google assistant has stopped working.

I logged out and back in to Nubu Casa from HA, removed and added Hass.io service in Google Home and pushed a re-sync from both sides but the problem persists.

After configuring a room a room I will say, “Hey Google, turn off the lights in the Kitchen” and all I get is the error from subject. This had been working for longer than I can remember.

Any other steps to resolve?

Start with making sure that your public IP is accessible and correct and all DDNS services are working properly.

I have the sane issue. I’ve used naba cusa since it started. Just started acting up tonight, I unlink it from both sides and now I can’t get it to connect.

Weird it’s just with google. Alexa works.

I can see it from work so I’m guessing that is all working.

Mine was working. i noticed it would not sync, so i unlinked them and it wont link back. Im just getting a chance to fix it, Im gonna just restore a backup see if that helps.

restore solved the issue.

Is there a way to submit a ticket for Nubu Casa?

Whoops, guess I should’ve seen that…

They got me straightened out. Looks like I just had to delete my cloud file from .storage and restart the service.
