As per this article I just read, Google will be rolling out its own Guest Mode. As great as this is, it could mean you need to change some naming in HA if you are like me and have your own Guest Mode input_boolean which is exposed to Google Assistant. Otherwise asking Google to turn it on/off could set the Google Assistant one rather than the HA one.
