My personal calendar isn’t showing up in the Google calendar integration. I spun up another VM with HA from scratch and installed the Google calendar integration and it worked correctly. So, there’s something causing it to fail.
After digging through all of the files in .storage I located a config file that I had set up that limited my personal calendar to a single search term, thereby filtering out everything.
