Google Cast stopped working for TTS to nest mini speaker?

I noticed that Piper TTS to my nest mini speaker stopped working. Is that a known issue?

I still can change volume on nest mini and turn it on/off.

HA latest version 2026.1.3

Most likely there was a change to your External URL access / DNS connection that isn’t allowing Google to get back into your instance with the audio file after it converts it. For instance Google won’t accept self-signed certs.

Make any changes like that recently?

HA is running in docker container and I haven’t changed URL/DNS recently. And I don’t use self-signed certs.

Interesting, when I removed bluetooth paired device, it started working again :person_shrugging:

(Nest mini was also working as BT speaker)
