Google Generative AI Returns wrong status

Dear all, I need help. My feedback is always that my abjur is on. However, it is off. The entity’s status is “off”.

I don’t know how to fix it. Has anyone experienced this?

Another thing, it doesn’t change the thermostat temperature. It says it has changed but nothing happens.

Hi Renato Barbosa,

Unfortunately if you had an AI write code for you that you tried to run, no one will want to try to fix that for you. AI’s generally try to write Home Assistant code as spoken language by mimicking others and just making things up. That is very unpleasant to try to fix.

Also there is not enough information in your question to determine what help you need with what, or even if it is Home Assistant related. Maybe there is a language translation problem or something.

Please read this FAQ post about the site and try to give us more information so we can help you.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to try to help me. I understand that it is very valuable to you. So, thank you very much!

I understand that I don’t have much to provide!

I am using Google’s AI option. Everything works perfectly, it turns on and off. It makes commands with exceptions.

However, if my first command is: “I have a light on in my house” The response is ALWAYS “The bedroom lamp is on”.

However, it is off. No other light in my house returns as on. In other words, with the wrong status. Only the bedroom lamp.

I thought there was something I could do to make it actually check the status in the system. But it seems that it will not be possible.

I really don’t know what to provide for you to ask for help. I can copy my AI prompt. However, it has nothing to do with this error.
