Title says it all. Is there a non-ubercomplicated way to tell Google Home to “OK Google, Pause Plex”?

We stream from our Plex server to Chromecasts attached to the TVs. With the GH, we can then pause whatever is playing on the TV, be it Plex, Netflix, YouTube, etc Very uncomplicated.
Only if you can control the device playing Plex, you cannot control Plex directly.
As says atomicpapa, a Chromecast for example will allow you to pause a Plex content.
But saying play “The big bang theory from Plex on TV” doesn’t work yet.
with Phlex you could, not tested my self.
I installed Phlex this morning but didn’t have a chance to test it before I had to leave for work. So we will see what happens tonight when I get home.
