Google home or Apple HomePod to call HA assist

Hello everyone!

I have 2 speakers, one from Google, and the other from Apple. I couldn’t find any information anywhere. But maybe someone knows if it’s possible to transmit what’s said to the speaker in HA Assist (for example, it’s connected to ChatGPT) when addressing Apple HomePod, and the response from HA Assist, transmits it back to the speaker.

The second part is all clear, it can be done and it’s clear how, but the first part is not entirely clear. Is it possible?

As far as I know, no. It used to be possible with Google, but they pulled that capability.
