Currently, when I give a command to a Google Speaker to perform a command via HA it goes like this.
Me: “Hey Google, turn off bedroom light”
[Light Turns Off]
Google: “Bedroom light has been turned off”
How do I, or can I, turn off that 3rd line, the confirmation from Google that the light is off?

Currently, no. A simple workaround is to create routines to execute your HA command. All actions steps in your routine will be executed silently.

make sure your google device and lights are in same room, then there is no response anymore from google… just a bling sound
I don’t know why I never thought of this over the years. I always try and think outside the box. Obviously not as successfully as I would like. Lately I realized that I can create a an automation using the command of “X room black” or “X room dark” (whatever your preference is) and associate with the actions of turning lights off and Google won’t provide a confirmation of lights being turned off. Unbelievable that I have never seen this solution before and that I never thought of it myself until now. SMH.
