Google Nest WiFi TP Link

First post new to HA! I have a running TrueNas Core 12.x that I just upgraded from FreeNas 11.3. I also have the Google Nest WiFi system with all TP-link switches and plugs IoTs on the guest network. The NAS is on the main wired network. I’ve allowed guest access via the app for the TP-Link devices and to the NAS.

I can ping the devices via the NAS shell, however after adding switch IP to the config yaml file I just get an error log Unable to communicate with device 192.168.103.XX. Is there any work arounds for my setup or just need to get a better mesh network?

I did not see the alert about the firmware blocking port 9999.
