Googlehome: component, over 1000 device trackers showed up

So, a few releases ago there was information about implementing Google Home Bluetooth Tracker…so I gave it a shot. I added googlehome: to my config (which is now missing from configuration.yaml) and after rebooting I ended up with about 1000 device tracker entries in my device list.

I have no idea what these are or why there are so many, but the real problem is that I don’t see the googlehome config in my file anymore so I don’t know how to reverse it. Any ideas?

As for the known_device entries pretty much anything within listening distance of your google home with bluetooth turned on will get picked up.

depending on how you edit your files if you do it from the command line you could just do a history and look for the file you think you added the GH config to.
