Gosund WP2 plugs not being discovered by MQTT

Hi,

I’ve been messing with tuya-convert to flash my devices with new firmware in hopes that I can setup a connection to MQTT. I was able to get it to work with my Gosund WP3 switch just fine with little to no hitches but with the WP2 switch (have 2 plugs instead of one) I can’t for the life of me get MQTT to recognize even though they are connected to the MQTT broker. I have the templates properly setup and everything so I’m all out of ideas at this point. Any help is greatly appreciated!

What .bin did you flash ? What is the Tasmota version ?

Did you issue SO19 1 (SetOption19 1) in the tasmota console for that plug?

No I did not. Did not know I was supposed to do that or even know what that does. I also didn’t have to do that to my other plug to make it get recognized.

That enables Home Assistant discovery. Surprising that you didn’t need to do that with the other plug
