Is this integration still supported? Its been a while now since last update.
Any idea if someone is working on the Dream View option? It would be nice to set up an automation so when my Plex is playing Movies (or maybe Music Videos), it turns on the Backlight and sets it to the Video mode and turns on Dream Viewer.
Also, anyone know when the Govee to MQTT option will support the Product Model H6097? Just askingā¦I have one in my bedroom and cannot automate anything with it.
If anyone knows if one of the HACS options would be better, please let me know and thank you to all who work on this. Keep up the great work!
On the Govee->MQTT option, how do you set this up? I didnt find any reference anywhere.
Interestingly, I re-tried again this morning with a new api key. I also set the poll interval to 100 (was 10) and it all seemed to go through ok.
Guess its a glitch in the matrixā¦

If it helps, you can create an automation in the Govee app that automatically enables Dreamview when the light turns on.
I set this up the other day and all was working good. I set up an automation last night to turn off a fan (using a govee switch) and it worked but then just now I went to check and the switch no longer responds to HA but works with the govee app. I removed it and tried to reinstall it but when I use the API key it says
āCannot connect. Is the API-Key correct and the internet connection working?ā
I thought maybe my key broke so I requested a new one but it still doesnāt work. The Pi still has internet and everything that works.

Hi, Did you have to do anything special to get the scenes show up? I have the same device (Floor Lamp 2 - ( H607C) and I can turn it on/off and change colour, but no scene is available.

I added a Govee smart plug pro, which has energy monitoring. It only shows up in the integration as a smart plug. Is there a way to access the energy monitoring feature?
Not sure what happened but I think an update added more devices. One of the TV Backlights it was not detecting is now in there and I have a switch for Dreamview, which is nice.

I switched to using this integration a few days ago because we got a TV Backlight which doesnāt appear to be able to be controlled via the govee.local integration. Iād prefer to not have multiple integrations if possible and felt this should do the job of controlling all the lights.
However, iām now hitting an issue where iām being rate limited as iām hitting the 10,000 max requests per 24 hours period. No clue as to why as I only have 4 seperate lights and have left the default poll interval at 10.

If anyone is able to help with this iād appreciate it. Right now the automation works for a few hours each night but typically whilst weāre asleep the rate limit is hit and then it wonāt work until later the next day when the counter resets.

Is the only way to remove a device that has already been removed from the App, to delete the integration and reload from scratch? I have not been able to find a way to remove devices that are no longer installed!
Hello - has anyone else been getting errors about API-Key Correct and internet working
Has anyone figured out how to stop hitting the daily limit on the API. I have 10 govee light devices and they are working fine until I put them in an automation. If they are in an automation then I hit the daily limit for requests and my HA is bricked from using my govee lights
have you changed the polling interval when you configure the addon? I only have 4 devices and changed mine to 120 and it has been perfectly fine since.
Will support for other strips get added like H6641?
