Gpio dht11 temperature refresh rate problem

I am using raspberry pi 3b and a dht11 temperature and humidity sensor.
It works normal and displays the sensor value to the user interface but the refresh rate is so slow.
Is there a way to change refresh time on gpio pins?

Same problem for me.
i used 5 dht11 in raspbian for months, when i change to home assistant ( same rpi-same power supply-same wire) dht11 stop working
