Grafana Guru - How to graph weather station wind speed/direction?

Hello, and thanks for reading. I have a weather station, and I’m hoping that I can use grafana to create a chart (or would this be a graph?) for wind speed/wind direction and have display in lovelace.

Here it is. I’d appreciate any help you can offer or direction you can point me… I’m not even sure what you would call this type graph/chart-

It’s called a “wind rose” chart, or more generically a “polar chart” when graphing things other than wind.
