I have a Gree brand Pular model air conditioner with wifi feature, I can’t add it. The control buttons appear on my system but none of them work, it says offline after 10 seconds, in fact the machine is online. Can you help me, my friend…

Hello aliguzel,

I am not quite clear if you are trying to add this to your WIFI, to your Phone App, or to something like the HomeKit Integration or the Matter integration that may have seen it on the network.

Could you help us help you and provide a little more detailed information. Assume we have no idea what you are doing because other than adding a WIFI AC unit to ‘something’ we actually do know nothing.
