Gree integration: Add a/c-feature selection

The gree a/c controller seems to be used in different (low-cost) devices. These devices come with different featuresets.
It would be great to be able to configure (or even better: to discover) which features are available to HA.

For example, my ProKlima local a/c does:

  • not SUPPORT_PRESET_MODE
  • not SUPPORT_SWING_MODE
  • not have HVAC_AUTO or HVAC_HEAT modes
  • not have FAN_MEDIUM_LOW or FAN_MEDIUM_HIGH modes
  • and does not have the entities for
    • GreeQuietModeSwitchEntity
    • GreeFreshAirSwitchEntity
