"Guest book," sticky notes or similar posting functionality?

I’m setting up a limited-access “guest” user for HA in a vacation rental. Lovelace Tab 1 will have static house and city-related info using a Markdown card. Tab 2 will expose a small sliver of automations - switches and thermostat basically.

I’d like Tab 3 to be used for guests to leave comments or notes, sort of a digital guest book. Is anyone aware of any third party functionality to enable something like that? Thanks much.

So i solved it. just installed the php-nginx addon and found a couple php scripts.

Can you provide a little more information as to where you found the scripts and how you set them up? I’m looking to do something similar. Thanks
