I have created a guest account. When logged into that I can open the profile and set a default dashboard. But after logging out that setting is lost and reverts to overview. I can not find “save” anywhere.
I use that account in the app on my smartphone myself. In the app setting the default dashboard works, but I want it for browser access too. I do not want my guests to have to install anything.

I don’t know what went wrong there. Can’t reproduce the problem now, works as intended.
