Right now, if you want guests to be able to access Home Assistant, your options are basically:

Force them to only interact through a voice assistant

Provide them with a tablet

Create a guest profile with restricted access
Each of these presents an issue. Namely, voice assistant only access means you can’t present them with visual information, a tablet is a clunky option when you have more guests than tablets and just doesn’t feel great to the guests, and guest profiles create a security risk even if restricted to local access only.
As such, I’d like to recommend a new option: A guest frontend. Essentially, you provide them with a different port than for your normal local access, and when navigated to on your WiFi, they are presented with a Lovelace front-end that requires no login to access and has been customized as you see fit. Of course, users can create their own security holes through that by poor choices in what to place there, but in principle it should allow for a far more secure guest access than providing them with a guest login.
