I’m using HA (version io.hass.version, 2023.7.0.dev20230626) in a docker container on a Rpi4 with a z-wave UZB-7 stick. I’m using Z-wave JS UI version 9.14.4
The UZB-7 firmware is 7.21.0 - When adding Shelly wave 1PM or wave 1 mini, the inclusion fails with a non descript messages in the logs and a simple message on the UI to check the logs. The issue is that both these devices can be included if I use a Win10 PC running Simplicity Studio 5 plus the same UZB-7 stick and same Shelly devices. I’ve tried several factory resets and clean starts to no avail. Does HA/Z-Wave JS UI no longer support the UZB-7 stick?
Kind thanks in advance
Have you tried running something newer than a year old development build?
That’s a good point but this is the latest version found by a search on dockerhub
Also I have loaded the latest version for a Rpi3 which I have spare, when I load the latest version of HAOS, factory reset the hardware, I get the same inclusion problem - but the inclusion works fine when using Simplicity Studio and I can control the Shelly switches via the SS console - this leads me to think its a firmware problem impacting the interaction of the UZB-7 stick and HA
Thanks for your response.
Because they don’t publish these any more. You need to use homeassistant/homeassistant
I’ve just loaded the version you suggest and factory reset both the UZB-7 and the Shelly Wave switches …it made no difference -the log says
and the HA GUI says “The device could not be added” check the logs
All a bit weird!
So now you are on HA version 2024.7.1?
straight out of docker a few mins ago
