I select my instance on the watch and it tells me to “complete on phone” but nothing happens on the phone or within the HA app on the phone at all. The phone app is signed in fine.
Any ideas how to get past this on my watch?

Login from the phone directly. Settings > Companion App > wear os > login
Thanks for that. I had to have the Galaxy wear app open on my phone and then try to log in on my watch. For some reason, not having it open on the phone stopped it coming up. It’s working now yay!
