HA Blue Edition (impossible to access)

Hello, everyone!
I recently bought HA Blue Edition and am new to the community. I chose to purchase the pre installed version to facilitate installation but unfortunately this did not happen. The first time I connected the mains cable and then the power. I tried with the app (IOS) and the first time appeared the link of the equipment but failed the installation. Now it does not appear, although I can see the ip on the router (192.168.1.152) but also does not connect by browser (http://192.168.1.152:8123). When connecting the HDMI cable to a monitor I see “welcome to Homeassistant. Login:” Is there any way to restart the system? Thank you
