HA Cannot see Aqara E1 Hub after power outage

I’m using an Aqare E1 hub to connect various Aqara Matter Sensors to HA. Installed about a year ago, been rock solid. Power outage at weekend, and now HA cannot see the E1 Hub. The hub is responding to pings, and the Aqara app on my phone can see it (and all the sensors) just fine. But the HA Matter integration cannot see it. I’ve tried restarting both HA and the hub.

In HA - Settings - Devices - Integrations - Matter - it lists the hub (and sensors), but under device info it does not have an IP address, and ping fails (cos no IP address).

Is there a way to set the IP address in the integration? When I installed it, HA picked up the hub automatically. My HA server (Raspi) and E1 Hub are on same network, both on 10.0.0.xx IP addresses, and my phone (on same network) can connect to both HA and the hub just fine.

HA and integrations all fully updated

Any tips on diagnosing this? I’m not super-techy so please bear with me

I’ve updated everything (both using HA settings updates, and HACS), and now, for each device on the Matter hub, I get 2 entries for each entity, the second is like the first but entity name has “_2” on the end, and is now working (giving sensor readings), e.g.
sensor.bathroom_sensor_aqara_t1_temperature - unavailable
sensor.bathroom_sensor_aqara_t1_temperature_2 - working

So HA is clearly talking to the E1 hub, and getting data from sensors, but not as the original entities

Any idea how to rectify this?

I’ve done a horrible bodge for now - I simply renamed the entities, adding “_x” to the end of each unavailable entity, and removing the “_2” from the working duplicates. Everything is now working again, the various automations and climate controls are now receiving sensor data.

However I can’t see any way of removing these old broken entities, and the Matter integration still cannot talk to the hub (even though it is getting data via it). Any clues gratefully received. Thanks
