Newbie question
HA Green disconnected from the cloud after 3 weeks. My neighbor rebooted my HA but cloud did not reconnect. I cannot reconnect perhaps because I no not how. Forums seem to say it is not possible to reconnect remotely and must be done via my local network. Is that true? I am far away from home.
You can check if its connected via: https://account.nabucasa.com/ (login with your own credentials)
But if it doesnt say connected there, then something else it up.
You will have to check locally if the Green has a network connection (maybe the neighbour can check)
Or let him hook up a monitor to the HDMI and see if anythings shows and what it shows.
