Under settings, Home Assistant Cloud is stuck on “Loading…”
If I click on it, a blank page loads and the spinning icon appears but nothing ever populates, except the spinning icon.
I have rebooted and disabled ipv6.

any update on this? I’m experiencing the same thing.
Same here, waiting and hoping on an explanation soon.
hrmm, me too. I’m guessing there’s a simple explanation, but none of y’all have come back to say what it was ![]()
Ctrl+F5 refresh of the settings page fixed this for me. (so, you could also clear your browser cache)
It was last week I noticed it a well. Logged out of the Cloud, and back in again to set it right.
How did you manage to log out of your cloud account if the page does not load?
I signed up for the Home Assistant Cloud trial, successfully completed the process, then got stuck on an endlessly loading screen. Now I cannot load the Home Assistant Cloud screen at all. Rebooting has not effect.
Clearing browser caches does not apply as the issue occurs across browsers and devices.
This is super lame.
I had the same issue, stuck on an endlessly loading screen. Here’s how I fixed it. I already had the Terminal & SSH add-on installed, if you don’t have it, you’ll need to add it now. Then ssh into your Home Assistant machine, run rm -rf /config/.cloud, then reboot your machine from GUI. After that, I was able to login to Home Assistant Cloud from the GUI.
