I signed up for the 30 day trial HA Cloud evaluation today. I am now away from my home and I can log into my HA environment through my browser. When I try to use my HA app on my iPhone, it says it cannot make a connection. Should I be able to use the app remotely or must I go through a web browser? Thanks.
Yes, but you need to set the external address in the app to your Nabu Casa one. Have you done that?
