HA core update from 2025.2.4 to 2025.4.4 issues

I have currently Home Assistant Core version 2025.2.4 installed. I want to install 2025.4.4.
I don’t have any error messages(Log: Home Assistant Core - no errors related to the update). But somehow it is failing because after automatic reboot I still see version 2025.2.4 installed and 2025.4.4 as available update. Any hints or other logs to investigate?
