I installed HA on a raspberry pi 3 with the all in one installer. Everything was working mostly awesome…until I added a Gen5 zwave stick this weekend. Since it was added, I’m seeing crashes of HA every 8 hours or so.
Any idea why, or where to start looking?
The stack trace would be the bare minimum
Please excuse my ignorance. Can you tell me how I could collect that?
After a crash, before restarting it, examine the Home Assistant log file. Look near the end, and/or search for “Traceback” or “Error”. Post in code tags everything that looks like an error.
And now, since posting, I haven’t had another instance of this issue. I’ll close out this thread, and if I see the issue again, grab the stack trace. Thanks for the quick replies!
