HA don't seem to receive Target Temperature from Zigbee thermostats in Vera

I created an automation to limit the target temperature setted on thermostats and It’s working well when I change the temperature directly thru the integrated device in HA. But when I change it directly on the Zigbee thermostat integrated to Vera, it seem to receive the new target temperature but not HA.

Any idea why ?

Sorry, everything is fine. It’s just very long; it tooks about 20 seconds to receive the information.
