Preparing for solar, I’ve installed an energy smart meter reader (Hichi using Tasmota) reading my energy meter consumption. That also, as the handymen ask for exact data consumption data
Now after the first night with the initial data, one big surprise:
Electric usage (below) shows more or less and expected night. But the Individual Devices Detail Usage That one shows a “negative” (untracked) consumption. And between 4:00 and 5:00 not just a bit, but 610 Wh (0.61 kWh). I do not yet have any “electricity producer” (yet), solar PV is just “a dream”.
So to the crowd-experience: Any ideas, what causes a “negative” energy flow on the house power pre-solar? I’ve not yet added the power-out to the energy dashboard, as I didn’t expect any such energy-flow to the grid…?
