HA frontend + codespace + VSC: "develop frontend" stops at 93%

Sometimes using Github codespace for Frontend.
Opening on VSC, and rather often see this:

Occurs erratically.
No “build” errors in “Problems” panel.
Then I unable to “renew” a frontend while changing smth in a code.

Had no time & expertise to solve the issue by myself.
Usually this glitch may be fixed either by a simple re-run of “Develop Frontend” or by “Rebuild a container”, or by “Stop codespace” / again open a codespace, but these actions may help, may not.

Is there a proper way to fix it??

For the record.
I was advised to change settings of a codespace from “2 core” to “4 core” - and this problem gone.
Very grateful to a dev person who suggested this.
