HA Green device + Aqara Hub - not all devices detected

Hello,

I have a new HA Green device.

I also have an Aqara M2 hub with paired and wroking well:

  • 2 Thermostat E1
  • 1 temperature/humidity sensor
  • 1 TVOC sensor
  • 1 water leak sensor

The problem is that the last two are not visible/detected in Home Assistant.

I tried to remove the TVOC sensor from the aqara gateway and re-add it.
Then re-scan the gateway from the HA portal.

Also I retried to reboot the Aqara gateway.

Those 2 devices are still invisible. But working fine from the Aqara app.

Any idea what I can do to make them manageable from HA?

Having the same problem.

I can see my AC and the aqara knob not the mini switch.

Did you figure out the reason ?
