HA Green + Silabs SLUSB7000A - Can't include devices

I just bought HA Green + Silicon Labs UZB-7 USB Stick (Silabs SLUSB7000A / SLUSB001A) + SkyConnect v1.0 by Nabu Casa to have support for Z-Wave and ZigBee

With ZigBee all good, but with Z-Wave can’t include nothing.

I have added the add-on Z-Wave JS

I have also upgrade the the dongle to version 7.21.5 as per recommendation

But when I am trying to add/include a Z-Wave device…nothing is added.

What am I doing wrong?!

What’s your region? EU, US, other?

I would not recommend the UZB7, it’s older and has some issues depending on the firmware. Which firmware file did you flash?

It’s likely your region is set to US. The driver debug logs would tell you on startup. To change it you’ll need to switch to the Z-Wave JS UI add-on.

So yeah, you will have a tough time including EU devices when the controller is set to USA Long Range.

Now i need to figure out how to set EU region via add-on? can you guide me?

Use Z-Wave JS UI add-on. Add-on docs have all the instructions.

Z-Wave JS UI is not displaying z-wave dongle. what might be the reason now?

Did you follow the install instructions?

You will also need to uninstall the current integration and core add-on, the core add-on cannot be used at the same time.
