HA makes internet loose connection

Hi. I’m new to this forum, and new to HA. Couldn’t find the topic elsewhere.
I recently bought a Nabu Casa green, and installed it. Everything works on HA, and the sky connect I have plugged in, works as a charm.
However, the internet looses connection now and then for a couple of minutes, and then returns, this occurs on all devices in the house. Typically happens several times throughout the day. When I shut off the box, all is good, and connection is stable. Have not located a certain pattern, other than it happens when HA is running.

My internet is setup with TP-link deco X60 (yes I know it’s crap), and is wired, the HA box is wired as well.
I have not installed any controller for my internet on HA.
I have not dedicated an IP address for HA on the router.
HA OS is updated today, but this didn’t solve the problem. My HA is pretty clean of add-ons, only have IKEA (which at some point is going away when it’s stable), and a few other add-ons.

Any idea of what’s going on? And any other who have had that problem?

Regards

Home Assistant might be using your internet if you have setup Nabu Casa Cloud or have non-local integrations … but it is just one device using the internet - not controlling it.

Wi-fi can be adversely affected and slow down terribly at times - but you said your devices are wired so should have more than enough bandwidth.

I suggest you look in your routers logs, and hopefully can see messages at the time you ‘loose connection’. It should definitely be logging if the WAN connection is lost and re-established; otherwise maybe the connection is being flooded with other communications at those times; or the router may simply be busy doing other things.

Thanks for your response.
I don’t have any cloud service on it, yet.
Unfortunately i have a hard time accessing my router, to see the log, and the tp link X60 are very limited on information. Although i can see most visited on my HA
The most visited links from my HA is:
checkonline.home-assistant.io

Played around a bit this morning with my internet. Found out when i have shut off HA and turns it back on, my internet died.

So, my conclusion is; whatever process HA doing on startup, or when just started up, is killing my internet. Same process must be done by it know and then, since my internet also dies occasionally without restarting HA.
