HA + Nextcloud + external ssd drive

Hello

I am a total newbie with HA.
I have a raspberry pi 4 and I want to install HA and nextcloud using an external ssd drive.
Can someone tells me which is the better solution for this installation ( HAOS + nextcloud ? Rapsberrypi os + HA + nextcloud ?,…)
Do you have a tutoriel that explain all the steps to get all these tools ?

I like docker and do not care for addons

Raspbian + docker w HA container and nextcloud container

Really both methods uou mention are same. One allows more customization
