HA not starting after upgrade

I just upgrade HA to 0.62 from 0.60.
End now HA don’t starts, no connection with frontend.
I check the status at the home assistant service and get the following
I have tried all the simple things like restart the computer and so on but nothing works.
What can I do?

fredda@freddalaptop:~$ sudo systemctl status home-assistant.service

I’m not sure how to fix the issue, but it is easy to move back to the version that did work, so that you can at least use your system while you figure what is causing the issue…

Run a specific version
In the event that a Home Assistant version doesn’t play well with your hardware setup, you can downgrade to a previous release:
pip3 install homeassistant==0.XX.X

Make sure to do that in the homeassistant user and in the virtual environment (if you installed in a virtual environment…)
