HA on Synology : system is not ready

Hi,
After uploaded “haos_ova-11.3.ova” on a VM into my NAS Synology with DSM 7.2, and run it, i have this message :

System information
Error returned from Supervisor : System in not ready with state:setup

Is anybody has an idea about this trouble ?

I have the same issue with “haos_ova-15.2.ova” on my NAS Synology DSM 7.2.2-72806 Update 3
