HA on Synology Virtual Machine: How to install code?

I’m really feeling dumb and its probably a n00b question - I’m guilty.

I suceeesfully installed HA on my Synology VMM and got my Viesmann Heating, my Fritzbox integrated.
Next is the Zehnder Air, which requires the addon https://github.com/michaelarnauts/comfoconnect

How do I get the files to my Synology VM?

Got it working by:

Adding samba share addon.
Manual network drive mapping in windows: „\\IPofHA\config“ with logindata that I put in samba share.
