Has anyone had luck in getting tailscale to work on a HA supervised installation inside a virtualbox debian guest?
I have MX linux host.
I’ve set everything up but I can’t connect to the tailscale IP address from either the host lan or from the android phone app.
A bit stuck and was hoping to avoid installing HA on the host system just because of tailscale.
Alternatively, if another remote access approach is better, could you please advise.

Hi, were you able to solve the problem? After much struggle, thinking of moving HA to a debian supervised.
yes got it working perfectly using tailscale addon.
currently running in VM on proxmox with the helper script that installed HA VM with 1 line command.
the amazing thing is that the tailscale addon let me use HA as an exit node and subnet-router. this means i can be away from home and access home lan devices with same ip address as i would from home.
