I am running CasaOS with HA and made a device connection to the usb port to which the cable is connected to my energy meter.
I have 2 add-on’s which I installed: DSMR smart meter and DSMR reader.
When installing smart meter, it detects my energy meter (gas and electricity). But no information is received in HA.
I read about MQTT, is this mandatory to get it working?
What do I miss to get the configuration properly working ?
