I’ve built a small PBX (phone system), so there’s no longer any need for a FRITZ!Box for making calls. It works with the SIP credentials provided by Deutsche Glasfaser (Germany), at least in my setup.
Feel free to give it a try! It already supports:
- Video calling (e.g. for door intercoms)
- Ring groups
- IVR voice menus
- Voicemail with email delivery
