HA supervised firt start problem

Hi,
I am trying to install HA supervised on a PC.
I am getting error at the below.

[supervisor.hardware.monitor] Not privileged to run udev monitor!

I tried to install HA from article below.

After some reading and compiling several solutions here is what worked for me (HA Docker Supervised on Debian 12 - fresh Debian minimal install with no GUI in Virtualbox). Hi, welcome to the forum!

Do you really want/need Debian underneath your HA?
If not, you could install HAOS directly on your system.

If not really needed, HAOS will give you a much better experience, less hassle and you don’t need to maintain the OS separately from HA.
OTOH: if you would have installed Debian as OS, you could run other things as well on the same system but with HAOS there are also a lot of options to run services on top of it.

Alternatively you can run a hypervisor like QEMU and then install HAOS in that as a VM.
This will separate the HAOS from the Debian OS and thereby also separate the requirements.
