RPI 4b, 8Gig RAM, running on a 1TB SSD (no MIcroSD card), headless. Whenever there is a reboot (whether forced or on purpose) - unable to telnet into the RPI and it has no network connectivity.
Note, on the second reboot - always comes back up and connects with no issue. BUt if it gets rebooted, it can only recover connectivity properly - on the SECOND reboot.
Thoughts?
