HA Tuya - DDS6619-302WF sensors

Hello,

I have the Sinotimer DDS6619-302WF module integrated in tuya. I have a problem that in HA I only see the “switch” entity, the voltage, current, temperature, etc. parameters are not retrieved.
I have another simpler module TO-Q-SY1-JWT, which works well.

Have you also encountered this problem? can it be solved?
I tried:

  • to redo the integration in both tuya and HA
  • to modify/ reset the Standard Instruction Set in Tuya IOT

I looked for the problem in the community and did not find it. if there is a solution there, please direct me to the link.

Hello stefanandrei,

I am going to assume you are using ZHA. If you are using a Tuya integration there is one in core HA, and 2 available in Github easily found using HACS.

Look here to see if your device is supported or if someone has a quirk files to tide you over until it is supported assuming it is not.
