HA UI not appearing after latest update

Hello,

I updated on December 13th (I believe it was the core, not the OS that updated) and appear to have ran into an issue. I can not access the UI from the iOS mobile app nor homeassistant.local:8123. I’ve plugged the Home Assistant Blue HDMI into my TV and can see this error message in the CLI:
Error returned from Supervisor: System is not ready with state: setup

I’ve tried:

  1. supervisor repair
  2. supervisor update (but it’s already on the latest)
  3. supervisor restart
  4. core restart --safe mode but it says Error: another job is running for job group home_assistant_core
  5. I tried restoring a backup but it says Error: BackupManager.do_restore_full blocked from execution, system is not running - startup

I’ve run supervisor logs and got this:

Suggestions on how to proceed?
